The Ducati ST2 is equipped with electric fuel pump which is volumetric and has rotating lobes, with the motor immersed in the fuel. It is a brush motor immersed in the fuel. The fuel is injected by the electroinjectors in the intake manifold of each cylinder, upstream of the intake valve.
