1992 Subaru Legacy Air Conditioning A/C Switch and Relay Circuit

The 1992 Subaru Legacy Air Conditioning (A/C) switch turns the A/C system on or off. The operation of the switch is transmitted to the ECU. The A/C cut relay breaks the current flow to the compressor, through the use of an output signal from the ECU, for a certain period of time. Schematic Diagram for Electronic Thermostat of Isuzu Trooper Air Conditioning

The Isuzu Trooper (98 – 02) electronic thermostat consists of the thermo sensor (1) and thermostat unit (4) which functions electrically to reduce the noises being generated while the system is in operation. The electronic thermo sensor (1) is mounted at the evaporator core (2) outlet and senses the temperature of the cool air from the evaporator (3).

Jeep Cherokee’88 Engine Cooling Fan Circuit and Wiring Diagram

The 1988 Jeep Cherokee, Comanche, and Wagoneer 4.0L engine series use an auxiliary fan. The auxiliary fan is controlled by a relay mounted on the left inner fender panel. When the A/C (if equipped) is turned on, the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) grounds the A/C relay coil allowing current to flow through it. This activates the A/C relay which then supplies current to the A/C clutch, fan diode assembly and cooling fan relay.
