The following diagram shows 2004 Kawasaki KLV100 V-Strom fuel pump controls system schematics. The fuel pump system consists of fuel pump, starter relay, fuel pump relay, ignition system, battery, engine stop switch, starter button, side-stand switch, starter motor, spark plug, ECM, sensor. When the ignition switch is turned on, current from the battery flows to the fuel pump motor through the sidestand relay and the fuel pump relay causing the motor to turn.
