1995 Volvo 850 Starter Bosch Schematic and Wiring Diagram
The 1995 Volvo 850 starter system is a brush-type, series-wound electric motor with an overrunning clutch (drive assembly). Field frame is enclosed by commutator end frame and drive bushing and carries pole shoes and field coils. A spline armature shaft drive end carries drive assembly.
The starter parts and components consists of rubber washer, control solenoid, front bearing housing, shift arm, bearing bushing, lock ring, stop ring, bushing, bendix drive, planet gear, armature, commutator, starter body, permanent magnets, fiber washer, brush springs, brushes, brush holder, rear cover, rear bushing, sealing ring, shim, lock ring, rear bearing cover and rod.
