7-Band Graphic Equalizer Circuit Diagram Design using LMC835

November 12th, 2009

7-Band Graphic Equalizer Circuit Diagram Graphic equalizers are used to control the frequency response of an audio system. An equalizer contains a number of fixed-frequency bandpass/notch filters with a gain control for each filter. Resonance and nulls in the frequency response of an audio system are easily compensated with proper adjustment of the equalizer.

The following file here, contains detail information about designing a Digital-Controlled Graphic Equalizer using LMC835, a plastic 28-pin dual-in-line package integrated circuit. A single LMC835 contains enough step-variable resistors for a stereo, 7 band equalizer with 1 dB steps covering a g12 dB range. (source: national.com)

Basic H-Bridge Circuit Diagram

November 12th, 2009

An H-bridge is an electronic circuit which enables a voltage to be applied across a load in either direction. H-Bridges Circuit are often used to control the speed, position or torque of DC and stepper motors. An H-bridge is built with four switches (solid-state or mechanical). It takes a DC supply voltage and provides 4-quadrant control to a load connected between two pairs of power switching transistors. Below schematic diagram shows the Basic H-Bridge Circuit Diagram.

When the switches A1 and B2 switches and closed the A2 and B1 switches, a positive voltage will be applied across the motor. Because the switches allow current to flow bidirectionally, the voltage across the load and the direction of current through the load can be of either polarity.
