The following steps are instruction on how to inspects your 1999 Kawasaki ZX9-R Fan system circuit malfunction: Disconnect the leads from the radiator fan switch. Using an auxiliary wire, connect the radiator fan switch leads. If the fan rotates, inspect the fan switch.
