With the proliferation of twisted-pair wiring practices for in-building data communication, video transmission on the same medium offers substantial cost savings compared to conventional coaxial-cable. The following schematic shows the wiring diagram of a Twisted-Pair Video Cable Driver and Receiver. In this circuit design, one LT6652 is used to create a gain of +1 and another is used to make a gain of –1. Each output is series terminated in half the line impedance to provide a balanced drive condition.
