jaguar xj6 typical charging circuit The 1993 – 1994 Jaguar XJ6 charging system includes the alternator, an internal voltage regulator, a charge indicator light, load dump module, the , an ignition ON , an in-line fuse and the wiring between all the components. The supplies electrical power for the ignition system, the lights, the radio, etc. The alternator is driven by a drivebelt at the front of the engine. Below schematic shows the Jaguar XJ6 typical Circuit. The volt regulator limit the alternator’s voltage to a preset value. This prevents power surges, circuit overloads during peak voltage output.
